• Dy. Manager - Operations : 16 posts: Eligibility: Degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical / Production Engineering with 07 years' experience 
• Dy. Manager - Mechanical : 18 posts: Eligibility: Degree in Mechanical/ Hydraulics Engineering with 07 years' experience
• Dy. Manager - Electrical : 23 posts: Eligibility: Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering with 07 years' experience
• Dy. Manager - Instrumentation : 01 post: Eligibility: Degree in Instrumentation /Electronics / Elect.Engg. with 07 years' experience
• Dy. Manager - Ceramics : 01 post: Eligibility: Degree in Ceramics Engg./ M.Tech. in Materials Sc. with 07 years' experience
• Dy.  Manager - Chemical : 01 post: Eligibility: Degree in Chemical Engineering with 07 years' experience

Percentage: 65 % marks (average of all semesters) for General/OBC and 55% marks (average of all semesters) for SC/ST

Age Limit :   37 years as on 01/01/2014.  

Pay Scale : Rs. 32900 - 3% - 58000/-
