Application Form : Purchase OMR application  and details  from all Main/ Head Post Offices in all the districts (total 168 ) of UP from 18/08/2013 till last date i.e. 20/08/2013 on payment of Rs.200/-

How to Apply : Submit dully filled in  in the same post offices from where the form is purchased till 5.00 pm 20/08/2013

Online Form : Candidates can also apply Online at UP Police website from 18/07/2013 to 18/08/2013 only.
