WBSEDCL invites Online applications from Indian nationals to fill up the following 404 vacant posts immediately :


  1. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) : 167 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/-
  2. Assistant Engineer (Civil) : 25 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/-
  3. Assistant Engineer (IT & C) : 40 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/-
  4. Assistant Manager (HR & Admn.) : 20 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 5400/-
  5. Assistant Manager (F&A) : 18 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/-
  6. Sub Assistant Engineer (Electrical) : 125 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.6300-20200 grade pay Rs.4400/- with initial pay of Rs.9000/-
  7. Sub Assistant Engineer (Civil) : 09 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.6300-20200 grade pay Rs.4400/- with initial pay of Rs.9000/-
Age : 18-27 years as on 01/01/2013. Relaxation in age for reserved category as per Govt. of WB rules.

Application Fee :  Rs.400/- for posts no. 1 to 5 and Rs.300/- for the posts at number 6 & 7. No fee for  SC/ ST of West Bengal state only.
