1. Information Technology - Algorithms and Theory of Computation, Operating Systems & Compiler Design, Networking, Software Engineering, Robotics with Humanoid Robots, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Architecture & Organisation, Programming Specialist (Industrial experience needed), Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing 
2. Electronics – Analog and Mixed Signal Design, RF Design, Low Power Design, Device and Circuit Modelling, VLSI Technology, VLSI Testing, RF and Microwave Engineering, Optical Communication and Photonics, Measurement and Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering.
3. Management -- General Management (IT), Operation Management and Quality Control, Cross Cultural International Management and Finance, Business Communications and Skill, Marketing Management and Telecommunication , Information and Network Security
4. MSCLIS -- Cyber Security Law and application, Information and Network Security
5. Bioinformatics -- System Biology, Computer Aided Drug Designing
6. Biomedical Engineering -- Biomechanics, Biomedical Instrumentation

Minimum Qualification (for all faculty positions) : Ph.D. with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a very good academic record throughout, In addition, for

• Professor : 10 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor.
  
• Associate Professor : 8 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.
  
• Assistant Professor : 3 years teaching/ research/ industrial experience.
